Policies & Procedures

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the vaccines that are required for ALL SERVICES

Rabies & Distemper/Parvo: Every 1-3 years

Bordetella (kennel cough): Every 6 months

Meet & Wag (temperament test) MUST be scheduled AFTER the vaccines are verified AND BEFORE any reservations can be made.

I DO NOT ALLOW dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior to me or anyone on my staff. If your dog doesn't do well with other dogs, that's fine, they will just get playtime by themselves & hang with the humans.

Outside of Peak Boarding Season

We ask that you give us at least 4 days’ notice of any cancelations/changes. We are often very busy throughout the entire year, not just during the Peak Boarding Season. We would not like to enforce a deposit at all times, but it will happen on an individual basis if last-minute cancelations are done often.

Any changes to reservations that are requested at the time of check-in/out and/or while your dog is here, will not result in any refunds. We reserve a suite for your dog for a specific time of which we cannot reserve for anyone else, so you will be obligated to pay for what you initially reserved.

If your dog has been admitted to your veterinarian's office for anything from a dental procedure, x-rays, surgeries, etc they will have to wait TEN days before coming to this facility. This is to ensure they were not exposed to anything contagious that could spread to the other dogs in our care.

This DOES NOT apply to regular annual/vaccine visits. Most veterinarians will not have any sick contagious dogs in the waiting area or exam rooms.
