Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Bring Food?

Yes!

  • Please make sure you pack enough for the number of days, plus a few days just to be safe. In the Winter, I ask that you bring 4 days' worth of extra food in case of a storm. 

  • You DO NOT need to have meals in individual bags, I have measuring cups & all their feeding instructions are saved in their file. Just measure how many cups you need & use gallon zip-lock bags, Walmart bags, etc. 

  • DO NOT bring bags of dog food weighing more than 20 pounds without placing in a metal or heavy plastic container. Everything else can fit into their personal lockers. 

  • All treats, chews, etc. will be available only to them as they are stored in their personal cage caddies and/or locker.

Medications and/or Supplement?

  • I administer any medications at no extra cost, including injections. There is a mini fridge to store anything that needs refrigeration. I have no problem doing it up to 3x/day if needed. 

  • Please make sure to bring any supplements; they can be just as important to your dog as prescription meds. I do not charge anything extra.

Beds, Bowls, Toys?

  • Beds/Blankets: You absolutely can bring them. I will put them on the raised beds I have, just to keep them off the concrete floor. 

  • Bowls: I have metal bowls of various sizes. Please do not bring any ceramic or glass bowls, as they could get broken on the concrete floor. If your fur kid needs to eat out of a special bowl, please bring it! I do not keep water bowls in the individual suites due to them causing more of a mess than anything. I have large communitywater bowls that are always full. 

  • Toys: They will stay in their suites. 

Do I Board Intact Males?

  • Boarding: IF THEY PASS THE MEET & WAG, they can board for an EXTRA $7/night, which equals to $45/night. It is my right to refuse service to any dog that shows aggression towards me and/or if I feel it just wouldn't be a good fit for your dog.

  • Daycare: NOT ALLOWED IF OVER A YEAR OLD

What Form of Payment Do I Take?

  • All major credit cards for a fee: online payments 2.9%, in-person terminal payment 2.7%

  • Cash - Get 8% discount 

Is a Deposit Required?

YES!!​

  • During the Peak Season of June 1st - August 31st, Thanksgiving week & Christmas week

  • 50% is due no later than 10 days before booking, at which time your booking will be cancelled if not paid

  • A full refund is available if a 10-day cancellation notice is given
